The Slotland homepage has appealing highlights, attracting the visitors to read them. In an overall very well achieved page, there’s much more to it though: clean menu with the main categories featured games and progressive jackpot value ($96.000 and counting at the time of writing this review).
The inferior part of the starting screen is filled with interesting and well-structured information: new games, membership benefits, payment methods, and supported platforms. The latest winners, big winners, and weekly draw winners complement the available information.
What to love about Slotland
Promotions: The promotions page is clean and simple. 8 promotion categories are presented, as follows: Welcome Bonus, Monthly Reload Bonus, Weekly Free Draw, $100 Free for each $1,000, VIP Program, Newsletter Promotions, Recent Winners, and Match Bonus. Entering each of these categories we find good pages with all the relevant information for the players to fully understand what to do and what the benefits are.
Support: The support page is available from the Contact Us link at the top of the homepage, and the page does get the job done. The live chat is available 24/7, it has a link to the FAQ, and 4 different support emails: general support, billing, VIP and affiliates. A more appealing layout and a phone contact would make this a perfect section.
Mobile: Slotland has a dedicated mobile page that has the goal of working as guidance for the player that doesn’t know how to play on mobile. Simple, yet useful page.
News: At the bottom of the homepage we find a tiny link titled news. Clicking there we are taken to a page with a great layout where several news stories are featured. These have a picture illustrating it, a title, the date, and are organized by the following categories: Winner Stories, Sneak Peeks, New Games, Tips & FAQs, and Slotland Casino. The best page at Slotland.
What is strange about Slotland
Games: The games page is disappointing. The presentation, pictures, and colors are engaging, but there are no categories, just a long scroll of 3 games listed by row. Finally, 72 games total in a casino doesn’t seem to be a wide gaming offer.
Banking: This banking section is an informative page, but the way the information is displayed requires a lot of effort to understand how deposits and withdrawals work. The menu to the left features Money Matters, Cryptocurrencies, Security & Licensing, and Miscellaneous Questions, but isn’t very helpful.
Casino Articles: These casino articles would be better off being an extra category at the News section rather than a never-ending scroll of link with no layout or navigation. Some order on this page would be necessary for it to become useful.
Slotland Rating: 7/10
Slotland receives a 7 out of 10 rating because their main categories do not impress. The games and banking sections lack structure and clarity of the information to provide the player with a smooth and superior experience.
On the other hand, there are some excellent sections, namely the news one, while the promotions, support, and mobile pages are steps given in the right direction to provide quality entertainment for any player visiting Slotland.
