The CyberBingo homepage has an attractive layout that uses light colors and animations, apparently directing itself to a younger audience. The page looks professionally done and has a great structure, namely the top menu, which includes a link for the community.
The main part of the homepage are the three highlights banners, while below appear links for the main gaming categories and the four monthly highlights: Big Bingo Event, Funding Bonuses, Anniversary Slots and Women’s Equality Day. Right at the bottom of the page we still find a presentation of CyberBingo, launched in 1996.
What to love about CyberBingo
Games: The games are easily accessible from the main page highlights or drop-down menu. On this menu, we find six categories: Bingo, Keno & More, Chain Reactors, Video Slots, Video Poker, and Table Games. There aren’t many games available, but Bingo Games start every few minutes in a user-friendly layout.
Community: Having a special section for the community is a great way to keep the players engaged with the site. Referrals, Chat, Members Pictures Gallery, Word Games, Promotions, Top Winners and Charities, namely Operation Smile and Movember, are the existing categories for the CyberBingo Community.
Promotions: CyberBingo has a bunch of promotions that include the Cash or Trip Bingo Event, Bingo Tournaments, Bingolicious or Speedie Bingo Games, among the 28 existing offers on the page. Naturally, that so many promotions is great, but having some tab navigation or sub-categories on them would make this section even better and easier to navigate.
Support: The support section is easily accessible from the homepage and it’s divided in FAQ, Help and Live Help. The Live Help is the live chat support, while under the Help Section we find support emails for general inquiries, chat related issues and withdrawal-related questions.
Information: CyberBingo features an Information section where we can find an FAQ sub-section, but also sub-sections relative to Rules & Regulations, Security and Privacy, Games Schedule and Custom Cards.
What is strange about CyberBingo
Banking: CyberBingo does not have a banking section. There is some information about deposits and withdrawals in the FAQ, images from VISA, MasterCard, Bitcoin, Skrill and other payment providers at the bottom of the homepage, but that’s it. The most negative point at the site.
CyberBingo Rating: 7/10
CyberBingo only has a negative note the absence of a Banking Section, but this is something important because banking is what will determine when and how a player can cash out their winnings. A payments methods, timings, and fees page should be something that the CyberBingo team should have dedicated time to develop.
There are two categories that aren’t very often seen and that add value to the site: Community and Information. Information is very important for the player to know the existing rules and schedules, while a Community is the best possible way to create involvement and loyalty, as people will return to where they feel integrated.
CyberBingo also has positive Games, Promotions and Support sections, justifying this way the 7 out of 10 rating, which could be higher if a wider gaming offer was available.
