Support: There are no visible support links or contacts at the homepage, and we need to scroll all the way down to find a small faded out link titled “Contact Us”. Entering there, and unlike most other casino pages, we don’t have a wow layout factor, but the page looks unfinished like some text was just pasted there. Casino Max claims to offer 24/7 live support by a human non-robotic team by email, phone, and live chat, but no emails and live chat links are presented. Only a phone number is there. A sign-up link does appear, so most likely Casino Max doesn’t want to be contacted by non-registered users.
