Layout: The graphics and design at Captain Jack Casino are unbeatable. Everything was done with care, like if it is a top game. Fantastic presentation.
Map: I’ve already mentioned the map above but I can add that when we access it a pirate boat icon appears and clicking on any of the destinations we see the animation of a dashed route taking us to our destination, where we will have access to the games, bonuses or the VIP area.
Support: There is a link for the live chat and support number at the top of the page, with the classy presentation, so it’s not hard to positive points. The Contact us page and the FAQ at the bottom of the site still present more useful information though, always with the pirate theme and good humor in the layout and pictures.

Once more, clicking on each of those categories doesn’t give access to all the games, just to 6, and a list of games. To access all the games the player needs to click on the top links for Download Casino or Instant play. Confusing navigation.
Banking: Captain Jack doesn’t have a banking section. Instead, it has a “Deposit” section, which might or not be revealing of their intentions. Either case, it would be fair to explain the player’s fees and limits for withdrawals, instead of sending them to the FAQ.

Captain Jack Casino has a superior layout throughout the whole site. They were able to make the site a pleasant place for the player to be. Their “about us” section and support pages are excellent, and the access to the games and promotions is good.
It’s hard to give a 7 out of 10 to Captain Jack, but their banking section disappoints. It should be clearer and more helpful to the player. This, along with a reorganization of the games links and navigation, could certainly improve Captain Jack overall score.
