Bovada Casino Experience

Bovada Casino presents itself with a modern homepage that features two main highlights: Super Millions Poker Open and the invitation to take the tour to the casino “Bovada. Just Better”. The page transpires confidence and presence, and the sober structure helps that to happen.

Sports, Casino, Poker and Horses complete the top visible menu, while below the highlights we find 4 main categories: Most Popular Sports, Featured Casino Games, Hottest Poker Tournaments, and Explore More, where we find the Promotions, Rewards, Referrals, and the FAQs. A positive first impression overall.

What to love about Bovada Casino

Structure: The Bovada Casino is more than a Casino, as it also includes Sports. Having a wider offer than most casinos don’t make it more complicated, quite the opposite, as its top menu allows the player to browse easily through the different sections.

Sports: The Sports section is extremely well organized with its top menu, quick links to the left, and bet slip and open bets to the right. It’s easy for the player to navigate between the different sports, main sport or A-Z, to their bets or even reach help.

Casino: The Casino section has the same structure as the Sports section. The top menu features Blackjack, Table Games, Slots, Leaderboards, Video Poker, Specialty Games, Live Dealer, and also a link to All Casino Games. To the right, we still find a list with our Most and Last Played games.

Poker and Horses: Play Poker, How to Play Poker, Get Started, Poker Tournaments and Special Features are the main sections of the complete Poker page, while the Horses page also presents the bet slip options like in the Sports, and presents the next 5 races and all the available tracks. Excellent sections for both Poker and Horses fans.

Promotions and Rewards: These pages are easy to find and, particularly the Earn Rewards page, allows the players to understand exactly what they have to do to be eligible to benefit from the promotions and rewards. Nice page layout and graphical support here.

What is strange about Bovada Casino

Bovada. Just Better: The Bovada homepage impresses, and the casino tour is presented as being better. Well, the tour page, conceptually good, disappoints in the format, just a long and boring scroll. Some wow factor was expected, or at least a dynamic page.

Explore More linking: At the bottom of the homepage, we have the Explore More section that includes “Promotions”, “Rewards”, “Refer a Friend” and “Need Help”, in an overall good presentation, covering relevant topics. What’s strange here is that these sections are presented like buttons, and when clicking there nothing happens. One has to click on a tiny part of that button saying “View All Promotions” or “Learn More” in order to be taken to the relevant page. Making the full button a link would be an improvement.

Help and Contact Us: These two very small links appear at the bottom of the page, which is not the ideal place for support contacts. Help takes us to an excellent FAQ, and Contact Us leads to a contact form, but where a chat a phone contact is also available. Hard to find, not the best layout, but overall a complete support page.

Banking: Banking section is nowhere to be found!

Bovada Casino Rating: 9/10

The Bovada Casino is like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, it has two faces. We find the best of layout, structure, and contents at the homepage and on the main gaming categories. The worst is found in the positioning of the support links, the absence of a Banking page, and on some poor linking and interior pages layout.

Cosmetic and linking changes and the presence of a Banking Section could easily boost this Casino rating to a perfect 10.
